Thomas L., Clinton, Jr., Vice President & Treasurer holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University and is licensed as a CPA in Wyoming.  Mr. Clinton's experience with Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) in Dallas from 1969 to 1979 emphasized real estate and mortgage banking.  Clients included the nation's largest mortgage banker, large development lenders, developers and real estate investment trusts.
After moving to Wyoming in 1979, Mr. Clinton joined Teton Management Consultants as president where he gained considerable experience in commercial development, hotel operations, and the establishment and maintenance of emerging businesses.  Mr. Clinton joined Teton Pines in 1983 as a founding partner and was responsible for all finance, accounting and administration of the project and its operations.

Upon the conclusion of the development work at Teton Pines in mid-1989, Mr. Clinton joined Michael E. Potter, also a general partner of Teton Pines, to form a new development company, PC Development, subsequently incorporated as Potter Clinton Development, Inc., specializing in second home and resort properties in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Bozeman, Montana and the intermountain region.

Mr. Clinton's duties, responsibilities and expertise involve all financial aspects of PC and its projects, including but not limited to project feasibility analysis, bank and investor finance, accounting, reporting, sales management, operations management, cash and debt management, and company and project administration.

Mr. Clinton is a licensed real estate broker in Wyoming, Montana and Idaho, and is a broker owner of PC Realty, real estate brokerage in Bozeman, Montana.
